A Brief History.

We are a professional firm of Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers and Property Management Specialists formed by the merger, in 1989, of Mosley Gibson and Crowther Twaites and, in 2003, by the merger of Handleys Auctioneers.

Then in 2005, a merger with Durham Roberts & Co. and with Mawson and Walton in 2006 brings the partnership to where it is today.

The Mosley family have been Estate Agents for over 100 years, the Twaites family for almost 50 years and the Handley family for over 40 years. All the firms were specialists in Property Management and this tradition is continued today by Handley Gibson.

We have one office which is situated on the A61 (Scott Hall Road) towards Harrogate out of the City Centre. You will pass Scotthall BMW on the right hand side and our office is at the site of the old Skinners Arms Public House at; Scott Hall House, Sheepscar Street North, Leeds, LS7 3AF.

In addition to Property Management, we offer a range of services including Surveys and Valuations, Property Auctions, Residential and Commercial Sales.

As a professional firm, we are bound by the rules of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA))
