APPLICATION PROCEDURE
If you are interested in the property after viewing, you (and your guarantor) will need to fully complete an application form as you will be going through a full credit check.

Please return your application to Karen Jakubovic at Handley Gibson, Scott Hall House, Sheepscar Street North, Leeds, LS7 3AF. Alternatively we can accept your application form via email to karen@handleygibson.co.uk.

Our Application Fees
Single Applicant - £150
Two Applicants - £200
Per Applicant thereafter - £50
Guarantor - £50 This is only applicable if an applicant has been through a credit check and has failed therefore requiring a guarantor at a later stage in the application process.

Our application fees include a full credit check and administration costs.

We require:-

For an Individual Application

• Application Form fully completed.
• Copy of Driving Licence or Passport with photograph
• Copy of a Utility Bill or bank statement showing your current address.
• Copies of three recent pay slips.
  
  

For a Guarantor Application

• Application Form fully completed.
• Guarantor Agreement Document to be signed and witnessed.
• Copy of Driving Licence or Passport with photograph
• Copy of a Utility Bill or bank statement showing your current address.
• Copies of three recent pay slips.
  
  

If Your Application has been Agreed
Applications for tenancies are subject to contract, status and references. At the time of signing of the tenancy agreement a deposit (refundable at the end of the tenancy) and one month’s rent is payable. METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR THIS IS BY DEBIT CARD, CASH OR A CREDIT CARD (ALL PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD ARE SUBJECT TO A CHARGE OF 2.5%)

Please note that unless otherwise stated, the minimum length of any tenancy will be six months. All rents quoted are exclusive of council tax, water rates, gas, electric and telephone charges.

Please note that pets and children are not allowed in any of the flats.
