Set-up Fee (payable from the first month's rent) = £85

Commission = 10% of rent (for the duration of the tenancy)

Tenant Vetting Fee = £25

Rent Insurance = £147 per tenancy per annum. 

Advertising:- Budget agreed with each individual client

Signboards = £25 +VAT per signboard erect
